Shipping policy

SHIPPING

Once you have placed your order and received an order confirmation, we will process and ship your order immediately. Items able to ship via small parcel carriers (UPS, USPS, etc.) will usually leave our facility within 24 hours (Holidays may effect timing). Large items requiring shipment via LTL Carriers (trucker) will be prepared immediately and scheduled for pickup usually within 24-48 hours of your confirmation of our shipping policy. You will receive an additional email with confirmation of shipment containing the tracking number. LTL Shipments require someone to be at the delivery address to sign for the shipment. Surfboards and Standup Paddleboards are large! LTL Carriers cannot drop large boxes at an unattended location due to liability issues. Please consider where you're able to accept delivery and enter your shipping address accordingly. If you absolutely have to request the trucker drop the package without a signature, you must agree in writing to release Doyle Surfboards and the LTL Carrier of any and all liability for stolen or damaged products. This policy will be sent to you via email after you place your order and you must confirm receipt in order for us to ship your board(s).
